Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Securely package the item and include the return authorization slip inside the package.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure safe delivery and protection against loss or damage.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective or incorrect items and cover the return shipping costs.
